Mrs. Campbell is a 25 years old lady who presented to the clinic with a chief complain of painful urination and yellow mucous vaginal discharge. She also complains of increased urination frequency. 
Patient presents a medical history of urinary tract infection and vaginal track infection. She denies myalgia, fever, urgency to urinate and chills. She has also been having unprotected vaginal intercourse. Vital exams such as temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration were performed as well as genitourinary female exam. 
Patient was diagnosed with gonorhea and treated using ceftriaxone 250 mg 1M and Azithromycin 1 gram orally. Testing and treatment of recent sex partners, HPV vaccination, pap smears, and HepB, HIV and syphilis screening were recommended
