A1. Based on the information provided about the
instrument- the mandolin, I believe that it would be beneficial to
have the instrument placed in a Styrofoam cutout that is in the
shape of the mandolin. This way, there is no way for the
instrument to move around in the box and should get there safely.
One thing to consider with this method, is that it would be more
expensive but, it would also save money on the customer service
side as they would not have to send out new ones. The second
option could be to vacuum seal the mandolin and wrap it heavily in
