Simulation Shareholders’ Report Presentation

Presentation and Discussion:
Each team must present their company’s results and their analysis to the class as if presenting it to the board of directors. Presentations can be no more than 25 minutes, and this time restriction will be strictly enforced. The teams will be expected to lead a class discussion after the presentation. The class discussion will consist of questions from both the instructor and your colleagues and will last no more than 10 minutes. 

PowerPoint Slides and Written Report:
Teams will make PowerPoint presentations and prepare a handout for the instructor. The written Stockholder's Report and the slides for the annual meeting are due on Dec/05th /19 by 11:59 PM CST in the D2L Dropbox. Failure to submit the material on or before the due date will result in a zero score.

Attire and Presentation Etiquette:
All team members MUST be present on the day of their presentation. All team members MUST dress formally for the presentation whether they are presenting or not. All reports MUST be submitted electronically as word documents.

Computation of each component:
a)	Full credit for all who registered and took the quiz by due date
b)	The score for each student is divided by the highest score in the class and then multiplied by 2
c)	The student should have completed all peer evaluations by due date. The peer evaluation of each team member is also factored in
d)	The score for each team is divided by the highest team score in the class and then multiplied by 10
e)	The score for each team will be computed by the system. Details available upon request.
f)	Both the written and the oral presentation will be evaluated. You must have strong presentation skills, good time management and a clear strategy.
