Landelijk is er sprake van een hogere werkdruk en meer ziekteverzuim in de zorg. Dit kan worden aangepakt middels duurzame inzetbaarheid van verpleegkundigen. Duurzame inzetbaarheid leidt namelijk tot minder uitstroom en hogere toestroom van verpleegkundigen, breder inzetbare verpleegkundigen en bevorderde vitaliteit en motivatie van verpleegkundigen. Middels het klassiek schema volgens Berenschot wordt de volgende onderzoeksvraag beantwoord: Welke strategische opties heeft de verpleegafdeling H3 in het St. Antonius Ziekenhuis om duurzame inzetbaarheid van personeel te bevorderen?
