The criteria P4, P5, P6, M1, M3 and D2 were based on my personal qualities and individual performance. 

The results and description of criteria points stated above is related to female's performance. Also, it includes the 6-week fitness plan with the exercises (upper body, lower body, core body), I created this plan for my own improvement, but it can be used for everyone. The workbook includes my personal training diary (P5) based on the 6 week plan I created, and it says detailed explanation of how I felt, what I did and strengths/weaknesses, so feel free to change some parts as it may not apply to you. The rest of the criteria P1, P2, P3, M2, D1 is suitable for everyone and each stage is described in details. 

P1	Describe the entrance fitness requirements and tests of three different public services
P2 and P3	Outline a fitness test for the main components of fitness and compares results based on a public service fitness test; And Describe one method of fitness training for the main components of physical fitness
M2 and D1	Explain one method of fitness training for six different components of physical fitness; And Evaluate methods of fitness training for the different components of physical fitness
M1	Explain the strengths and areas for improvements of the fitness test
P4	Plan a six-week personal fitness training programme to incorporate the principles of training
P5	Undertake a personal fitness training programme, completing a fitness training diary.
P6, M3 and D2	Report on a fitness training programme including the strengths and areas for improvement, in addition Explain in detail strengths and areas for improvement following completion of the training programme. And finally, with research ‘Evaluate’ strengths and areas for improvement following completion of the training programme, providing recommendations for future activities.


All the criteria was achieved in this assignment.
