Older Adults Bone loss/density
At the age of 35 is when the structure of our body becomes fully developed for example muscles and bones become fully grown a
better, then it is up to you to keep the bones the healthiest that you can.

Older people tend in lose more bone mass, which is called osteopenia, which is a loss of bone density. This makes bones much we
bone mass and they become thin which make them weak and fragile making it much easier to break them and injure the bone.

The benefit of exercise:
Thanks to exercise we can help the process to be slowed down, as we exercise for example doing free weights, speed walking, cyc

Which will result in faster loss of muscle and could potential injure them as they already have weakened muscles and making the

resulting chest injured, which will need a long time to recover as they are older and for older people it takes much longer to reco
