Review the success of the business event.
Did your team reach the SMART objectives?
I think our team reached both our objectives before the event.
Our objectives were;
Helping every person coming into the classroom
To make sure no problems arise during the event
The first objective went well, although less people showed up
than we expected to show up we still helped everyone. Also
people who were just looking for another course got helped by
us. We guided them to the right classroom where they could
get the right information. We also helped all the people that
actually wanted information about future possibilities with the
International Account Manager course. We tried to answer the
questions the people had as good as possible and give our
advice to them.
The second objective also went well, however a few problems
arised which I explained before but this weren’t big problems
about which we had to worry. Thanks to our great team these
problems were solved immediately. We didn’t had to deal with
a large problem like one of our teammates not showing up or
being late but we were prepared for everything so we would
have managed it with the two of us.
