P5 provide support for the running of an event.
In this assignment I will be describing my tasks for the event and how it
all went.
Describe what your task(s) will be or have been during the event
Like I explained before my main task for the event was to give
information to the attendances about future jobs, so for which jobs you
could apply after you had passed the international account
management course. I had a corner in the classroom along with a few
seats where people would come and sit and I would give them
examples of jobs you could do after the course or what the salary could
be. It wasn’t as crowded as it we hoped it would be. In total i gave three
people information about future jobs. Other than that I had to stand at
the door and welcome the people and guide them to the person that
could give them the information they needed. I also asked some people
if they wanted anything to drink and kept the attendances list up to
date. I also gave directions to people who didn’t know the way and to
people who wanted to get information about a different course so I
told them the way to the classroom where the people from that course
were sitting.
