stop vaping plan

My motivators are:
1. It's bad for my fitness.
2. My mother finds it annoying.
3. I've been sick a lot lately.
4. Lying to my mother.
5. Hiding and hiding my vape with acquaintances.
6. My mother's sadness because she is so worried about my health.

My quit day is:
- final stop day is: July 23

My triggers are:
1. The feeling of smoke coming out of your mouth.
2. The taste.
3. The need.
4. Buy a new vape when the previous one is running low or burned out.
5. Feeling the urge to take my vape everywhere just in case I get a chance to take
a hit.

and this is what I will do to deal with those triggers:
- Do not borrow or use a vape from friends.
- Don't buy a new vape.
- Testing nicotine replacements.
- leave my vape at home more often.
- being surrounded more by people who forbid me to vape / are not allowed to know
this about me.

This is what my phase-out plan looks like:
- day 2) -5x per hour
- day 3) -10x per hour
- day 4) -15x per hour
- and so on

I will surround myself and ask for support from these people:
I let people know what my quit day is so that they can also take it into account.
people:
- boyfriend
- friends
- sister
- mother

This is what I will do when I feel stressed, anxious or depressed:
1. Breathe in and out slowly.
2. Exercise.
3. View your motivation and trigger list.
4. Be attentive to what you do.
5. Do one thing at a time.
6. Be offline more.
7. Venting your heart out to someone.
8. Limit stimulant drinks.
9. Accept that life has ups and downs.

This is how I will reward myself:
- Take out a sports subscription and learn to improve my fitness.
- With a present that I would like.
- No longer suffer from the urge to have a vape.
- Don't get opinions from others because you vaped.
