And then something that isn't an issue right now but is important to maintain is not having a ton of overdue NCOERs and really trying to keep the BN as a whole under that 10% overdue. What is your career goal? what are your future plans ? - CORRECT ANSWER-I've been in for almost 6 years now and as I plan on staying and at least completing my 20 years on the MDAY side. Now that I've been on the full-time side, I really like it and I plan to make this a career. I do not have and end goal yet because I feel like I need to experience more on the fulltime side to really be able to decide what I like and where I fit best. I've has a taste of the training side, I would love to spend a few years doing ADMIN and then even eventually try to stray away from the unit level. I know a lot of it has to depend on what open ups for me with my experience and MOSs but as long as i keep myself open for opportunity, I can picture a good line of progression.
