Answer: Emotional maturity is when you learn how to interpret your emotions and having control over them. There are many ways in which you can gain emotional maturity e.g.- by identifying what causes emotional outrages and deal with them accordingly, by talking to someone about what triggers emotional outbursts, by letting off some steam and parting in an activity and by solving conflict in a peaceful manner.
