Answer: MOTIVATION. There are many definitions for the term “motivation”, motivation is simply something that can be triggered by someone else for you or yourself for yourself to reach your goals. Motivation is what we use to reach our goals because in order for us to reach our goals we need to be motivated and keep a positive mind-set.

Answer: which refers to the eagerness to gain success in life dependent on your own endeavors and attempts.

what is Intrinsic motivation?

Answer: the type of motivation found within by the goals in which you set yourself, if you are intrinsically motivated you are strong willed and do not need to rely on others to be “kept motivated” people that are intrinsically motivated understands that with perseverance comes success.

what is Extrinsic motivation?

Answer: the type of motivation is very different to intrinsic motivation as the type of people who are extrinsically motivated relies on others to encourage and influence them to be motivated and reach their goals as they are very doubtful on their capabilities.

what is INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE?

Answer: the ability to learn through others and by talking to others. A person who has interpersonal intelligence is good at communicating with others and works well in teams. Therefore, someone with interpersonal intelligence learns best through discussions and interaction with others more so than what they would through straight forward learning.

what is EMOTIONAL MATURITY?

Answer: Emotional maturity is when you learn how to interpret your emotions and having control over them. It is also when one can differentiate between all types of emotions and by internalising and pondering about them before reacting impulsively. Being emotionally matured is when you realise that not every action deserves a reaction. There are many ways in which you can gain emotional maturity e.g.- by identifying what causes emotional outrages and deal with them accordingly, by talking to someone about what triggers emotional outbursts, by letting off some steam and parting in an activity and by solving conflict in a peaceful manner.
