Pass 3
1. Introduction
In this pass I will be explaining the benefits to customers of a business using Internet
Marketing.

I will be explaining the;

• Comparison of suppliers.
• Comparison of products.
• Improved ordering and delivery facilities.
• Lower costs.
• Customisation of products or services.
• Access to customer service.
• Sharing experiences with other customers.
I will be doing this with 3 companies or organisations that I know are not used in class and
are good real-life examples.
I also will be discussing and explaining;

• The ways in which Internet marketing activities expand conventional off-line
marketing principles.
• Explain how businesses can be more responsive to the needs of customers than
traditional forms of marketing.
and after this I will give a conclusion of everything and give a brief overview of what I have
learned.
Without further or due, pass 3;

,2. Evidence
For this assignment I will be using three different companies:

Domino’s Pizza: Domino's Pizza, Inc. (simply known as Domino's) is an
American pizza restaurant chain and international franchise pizza delivery
corporation headquartered at the Domino Farms Office Park (the
campus being owned by Domino's Pizza co-founder Tom Monaghan)
in Ann Arbor Charter Township, Michigan, United States, near Ann
Arbor, Michigan. Founded in 1960, Domino's is the second-largest
franchised pizza chain in the United States (after Pizza Hut) and the
largest worldwide, with 12,530 locations, in 81 countries. Domino's Pizza
was sold to Bain Capital in 1998 and went public in 2004.

New York Pizza: It is not for nothing that New York pizza is
one of the tastiest pizza places in the Netherlands. In the first
place, of course, because of their delicious pizzas, their
delicious pastas and surprising side dishes. But when it
comes to service, actions, special atmosphere and the
professional staff which New York Pizza is known for.

Pizza Hut: Pizza Hut is an American restaurant chain and
international franchise known for Italian-American cuisine including
pizza and pasta as well as side dishes and desserts. The company
has over 15,000 locations worldwide as of 2015, and is a subsidiary
of Yum! Brands, Inc., one of the world's largest restaurant
companies.

, How customers can profit from internet
marketing

Comparison of suppliers Because nowadays there are many comparing
sites like www.Thuisbezorgd.nl, on which you can
immediately see which prices are best, what the
menu is, and most importantly what other people
think about it.

Comparison of products On www.thuisbezorgd.nl you can compare prices
between different companies, in this case from the
Pizza Hut, New York pizza and Domino’s. For the
comparison of the product you can also look at the
responses from people who already ordered what
you want to order. This is a great improvement,
because if a company doesn’t have any website
and or page on a site like www.Thuisbezorgd.nl
you never know if your pizza is going to be worth
it.

Improved ordering and delivery facilities For ordering the biggest and best improvement is
that all three of these companies have an ordering
app, on which you can order the pizza you’d like or
even create your own and even customize the
crusts. after having paid from the app you are able
to track your food and with the New York best app
you even get a notification when the delivery is
sent out from the restaurant.

Lower costs Because the companies have all of the prices on
their websites, the competitors can see the price of
the other pizza companies and adjust their own
price to be the cheapest. this is very good for the
customers that the businesses will need to
compete with each other over the prices.
