Support via training opportunities, practice development activities, & multidisciplinary can help the medical staff to meet the challenges of EBP. Quality improvement (QI) encompass development of quality improvement plan vital in improving the performance of the healthcare organization. To develop its competency in health informatics, the healthcare organization should adopt healthcare information systems designed for medical staff that can be used to expand their knowledge & skills.
