Project management is a huge attribute to a successful project. Project managers are responsible for making sure all tasks are assigned to a team member and the tasks are being completed according to the project timeline. During the planning phase, the project manager will create two project management tools called a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart. During this paper, I will discuss what the two tools are used for and the importance of the project manager utilizing the tool
