INTRODUCTION:
In my unit 10 sociological perspective assignment, I must explore my
knowledge on the various sociological perspective and approaches, and
how that could impact treatment on me as an individual in the society. I
will also be researching sociological finding and learn how I could apply
my research in my assignment to a practical scenario to promote the best
practice. Through this assignment I would gain knowledge of various
perspective and concept which will enable me how to apply the health and
social care setting. i will be developing my understanding of differing
social groups and cultures and looking at them in relation to the recent
change in the health and social care to enable examine the effect of
various sociological perspective on health and social care.
In learning Aim A, it would require it would require me to understand how
various sociological concept and perspective would be applied to health
and social care. And in learning Aim B will be examining how sociological
approach would support the understanding of models in the health and
social care setting.

YHE UNDERSTANDING OF THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE.
In the sociologist society, society can be referred to as a large group of
interacting people in a defined territory, sharing a common culture
(sociology dictionary 2018). There are many varying across the world with
different cultures and beliefs that impact the lifestyle as an individual.
Many sociologists will define ‘’society further by arguing that society is a
self-structure and interaction with a group of people’’ (Wikibooks 2019).
These sociological perspectives are functionalism, post-modernism,
structuralism, Marxism, feminism, new right, interaction, and collectivism
and what their theories are and what they stand.
Functionalism
It is a structural consensus theory, and this means that functionalists
argue about a social structure that shaped the individual behaviour
socialisation. This consensus theory means that the functionalists have a
belief that a successful society should be able to have a stable structure.
Social life is organised so that we can socialize and meet our emotional
needs. The functionalists use the term ‘organic analogy’ to compare
