Verbal information

Verbal Information represents the best way to communicate
but not always the most efficient. It is immediate and can
solve most problems. Verbal or oral communication uses
spoken words to communicate a message. When most
people think of verbal communication, they think of
speaking, but listening is an equally important skill for this
type of communication to be successful. Verbal
communication is applicable to a wide range of situations,
ranging from informal office discussions to public speeches
made to thousands of people. Verbal communication can
either be done face-to-face or over the telephone. The best
way to communicate is face-to-face because there is less
space for misunderstanding and it allows for verbal and non-
verbal messages. The advantage of using verbal information
is it's easier to communicate verbally than any other way
because you get to understand every detail that is being
spoken by the other person and speech enables complex
ideas to be expressed and discussed. Some people find
talking the most comfortable method of expression but in my
opinion written information gives time for thinking.

Source of information

Verbal communication has external and also internal source
of information. Internal as for example the staff which works
in the customer service department can tell to the manager
or supervisor what customers think about the products and
services offered by the business and. This type of
information can be transmitted face to face when a manager
speaks to a member of staff. Into a restaurant the verbal
form of communication is done face to face when the people
at till talk to customers, asking them what food they want to
buy. Thought selling orders to customers they are
communicating verbally and some staff members might be
polite to customers. This improves their reputation when
customers need to fill in a feedback form. Staff members
always communicate with each other when an order has
been received, they usually ask themselves questions when
they are not sure what to add to the meal. Telephones are
