Scope and boundaries I expressed the scope thoroughly by outlining the mission and
vision of the e-card system, as well as each one of the demands.
additionally, I defined the boundaries adequately.
Inputs and outputs I outlined both outputs and inputs that'd be wanted, such as login
data, texts and photos for the card for inputs, as well as the
finalisation of the card and transaction confirmation for outputs.
Processes I laid down each procedure which would be necessary in the e-
card system, such as reviewing the diary and posting the e-card to
social networking sites. I ensured that every aspect of the e-card
system was addressed.
Timings To ensure that I had all the timings correct, I created a timeline for
the development of the e-card system using a basic table, as
shown below:
