In dit verslag leest u de eerste stappen die ik heb ondernomen met betrekking tot het Evidence Based
handelen. Dit is onderdeel van de module Reflectieve Professional van de opleiding HBO Bachelor
Fysiotherapie aan Pro Education.

In april 2021 ben ik gestart met de opleiding tot fysiotherapeut. Op dit moment heb ik nog geen
praktijkervaring op kunnen doen middels bijvoorbeeld een (snuffel)stage. Hierdoor heb ik enigszins
moeite gehad om tot een goed onderwerp te kunnen komen voor deze opdracht.

Naar aanleiding van de eerste praktijkles en mijn eigen interesse in het onderwerp hernia, heb ik
besloten om mij voor deze opdracht hierin verder te gaan verdiepen.
