For M2, learners must show that they can prepare for and perform in a role-play situation. Learners should ensure that an application pack is prepared and that all the necessary documentation is provided for the interviewee and the interviewers. The interview should be organised and conducted in a professional manner. Observers will be looking for evidence that the participants have prepared for the interview. This can be judged by observing how the learners organise and manage the sequence of the interview, the ability of the participants to ask appropriate questions, the quality of their participation and whether they have used communications and listening skills to good effect. Evidence will come from supporting documentation such as interview questions that the interviewers and interviewees have prepared. The evidence will be supported by a witness statement on the role play of each participant. In addition the learner must prepare an analysis of their contribution.

In this assignment I’m going to analyse my contribution to the
selection processing a given situation.

I am going to now address my shortcomings as a Candidate
and Employer. My shortcomings as a competitor were that I
continued shaking my legs and rapping the floor. This was
terrible non-verbal communication as it shows to the boss I am
either lying or shying without end. Another issue was that I
asked the boss an excess of inquiries which were time intensive
for them and blended disarray. Last issue was that I continued
wriggling with my cellular telephone which I had out. The
Company hoped they were successful with their continued
quest to find a job in the future.

As me being the Employer the bad things I done were by
crossing my arms which is shown towards the candidate as
being intimidating. Another bad habit which was that I tended
to over talk …… sometimes, as this didn’t give him enough
time to answer questions properly. This also comes across as
being arrogant and not representing myself as a professional
employer.

As an Employer I would change the issue of crossing my arms.
This will be done by compensating in other movements by
nodding my head while listening and leaning forward to show I
am engaged with the conversation. Secondly, I would stop over
talking to the candidate. To fix this issue I would limit my
sentences by keeping my response’s concise and to limited
points, also avoiding keeping repeating myself.

Another commitment I was requested that make was to make a
man detail to run with the set of working responsibilities for the
open part. This was somewhat diverse to an expected set of
