Inleiding
In dit verslag staat het thema ‘ontwikkelen tot het eindniveau’ centraal. Hierbij is een authentieke,
betekenisvolle situatie gekozen waarin de competenties vanuit de CanMEDSrollen (1) verder
ontwikkeld worden. Aan het begin van de praktijkleerperiode is het ZelCommodel (2) ingevuld. Het
ZelCommodel is een hulpmiddel bij het vaststellen van competentieniveaus in het beroepsonderwijs.
Hoe zelfstandiger iemand de werkzaamheden uitvoert en hoe complexer de werkzaamheden zijn,
hoe hoger het competentieniveau (2).
