Throughout this article, I will discuss the role that leadership plays in the development of
organizational behavior. People may encounter a variety of leadership styles throughout their
time in the industry, which I will describe in this article. I'll go into further detail on how each
leadership type leads and manages in the next sections. You will learn about the advantages and
disadvantages of each leadership style. The importance of leadership development in developing
our future leaders and ensuring that our employees are being effectively led and managed will be
discussed in this presentation. Specifically, I want to provide a greater understanding of how the
military recognizes various leadership types, how they better use each style, and how they further
develop their leaders in order to get the most out of them for the military. Finally, my objective is
to guarantee that you have a better knowledge of what I have just mentioned above, as well as to
offer some personal experiences that will assist to strengthen your comprehension of these
concepts.
The individuals who work for each company have a significant effect on the behavior of
the organization as a whole. People are the foundation of any business, and they have the ability

which I was responsible at Misawa Air Base in Japan. When I worked at Hill Air Force Base in
Utah, I had the unfortunate experience of working under incredibly terrible
