Labo Farmaceutische analyse: Fotometrische bepaling van vitamine C
Doel:

Het doel is om de concentraties in µmol/l van de twee onbekende vitamine c-oplossingen te
berekenen. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met de verdunning. Om de concentraties te berekenen,
wordt er gebruik gemaakt van spectrofotometrie.

Vitamine C absorbeert licht bij 266 nm.

Absorbanties van de standaard oplossingen met een verschillende concentratie worden gemeten.
Met behulp van statistische verwerking worden vervolgens de concentraties van de onbekenden
berekend.

- Analytische balans: Pioneer Ohaus M312
- Bovenweger: Sartorius Laboratory
- Droogstoof: Memmet M312-140
- Ultrasoon bad: VWR ultrasonic cleaner
- Fotospectrometer: Genesys 10S UV-Vis M312-602 Kwarts cuvets

Opmerking: Bij bepalingen in het UV-gebied mag geen aceton gebruikt worden om glaswerk te
drogen.
