You both gave me some things to consider that I had not thought of before. Taylor, I believe you hit the nail on the head when you had mentioned the return process regarding online businesses. I actually chuckled when I read that because I still have a box in my trunk that has been there for about a month that I have been meaning to return and is most likely past the date of return at this point. Does that mean that I continue to stop ordering online? No, not at all, and that is because of the convenience. I am sure that is a lot of Americans at this point. But, that would be the big difference between brick and mortar and online servicing industries. Chances are we will make it back into the store at some point and we could bring back in the item to return with us....Convenience. But, to have to make it to a post office or UPS is not convenient.
