Utiliteitsbouw: Bouw waar je niet in woont.

Er kan ook een combinatie van woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw zijn. (winkel met appartement
erboven.)

Stapelbouw: met stenen/blokken bouwen




Gietbouw: Gegoten beton. Bekisting wordt geplaatst waar beton in wordt gestort.

, Montagebouw: Wanden enz. zijn van tevoren al gemaakt in de fabriek. Het huis wordt op de
bouwplaats in elkaar gezet.




Woningbouwen in stappen met montagebouw:

• Woon put uitgraven
• Fundatie aanbrengen
• Voorzieningen aanbrengen (Leidingen, elektra enz.)
• Vloeren worden geplaatst
• Wanden worden geplaatst
• Verdiepingsvloer leggen
• Wanden van verdiepingen plaatsen
• Woning scheidende wanden zolderverdieping plaatsen.
• Montage dak constructie
• Metselen buitenspouwblad
• Dakpannen leggen
• Montage kozijnen en glas.
