You can already see in the description that it is an old print, and there is even when it does not match exactly is the current pressure. Not all so true indeed, but overall I found this a very useful summary!

The summary is out-dated. The many references to the book is no longer correct, but in general, the summary does correspond to the substance given in the book. I just do not understand why Chapter 4 is not fully capable.
