Technology improving lives…

Nowadays technology such as smartwatches and fitness tracker play a big role in our everyday lives.
Businesses such as Apple, Samsung and Garmin have already launched them. Smartwatches and
fitness trackers are becoming more common and are being worn by an increasing number of people.
But what is done with user's data? Lots of people are warning against big brother. However, as we
consider the more recent innovations, such as the smartwatch and fitness trackers. They have certain
benefits and can mean a lot of good for users. Therefore, we should welcome these innovations.

The first reason why we should welcome Smartwatches and fitness trackers is because they support
health. To begin with, they could assist in health care, healthy lifestyles and maybe even be helpful in
battling obesity. The electronic devices record your movements, while the app sends you reminders
to stay active. According to a study it seems to be effective to get more exercise and lose weight. The
results of the study were that people with trackers exercised 38 minutes more a week than people
who used pedometers.

In addition to health, the devices could provide full reminders. That way you could resolve problems
like exercise, get more sleep or just reminded of your tasks. They will assist you in achieving your goal
and will also motivate you along the way. There is also evidence that it can work. A study showed
that people increased their activity by 34%. The electronic devices could help people be more aware
of what they are doing. Also are the reminders good for elderly people or everyone who enjoys
getting reminded to do something.

In conclusion, we should welcome smartwatch and fitness trackers. Although some people think the
devices are bad news, because of big brother. But why would that stop us? Besides, we live in a time
when we mostly depend on technologies. Not only could the fitness trackers and smartwatches help
with your health care and be helpful for people who are trying to lose weight. But also, because the
electronic devices can help you with your problems and remind you of tasks. So why should we not
welcome these new developments if their here to help.
